DENVER’S ONLY FULL-TIME STUDIO RENTAL FACILITY is located just South of Denver in Centennial, Colorado. This state-of-the-art MILLENNIUM studio sets the standard for Denver’s cutting edge dance scene. The facility is geared to fully service its rental clientele in stylish, comfortable surroundings. MILLENNIUM boasts 4 state-of-the-art, mirrored rehearsal studios with central air and heat, stereo systems with CD, auxiliary and USB capabilities and Sprung hardwood flooring.

All studios enjoy central air and heat, stereo systems w/ CD, iPOD connectors, and sprung wood floor.

Must require a credit card in order to hold space. Please check in at the front desk and pay cash, check or charge. (Visa, MC, and AMEX accepted. No out of state checks please).

After hour rates available after 10pm Mon-Thurs, Fri after 8pm, Sat after 2pm and Sunday. $75.00 per hour for after hour rates.

Auditions: Sufficient space must be booked to accommodate all the dancers who will be waiting to audition. Holding rooms must be booked in advance. No bodies should be in the hallway blocking any flow of traffic. Please bring enough staff to manage those who come to auditions and control crowds so as not to obstruct public areas and entrances. Bring your own supplies!

MDC Denver does not allow studio rentals for tap dance, as the shoes will damage the wood flooring in the studio.

Please be cautious of mirrors. Water ONLY in the studios. No food, soft drinks, sports drink, etc. allowed. No cameras or videotaping. No refunds, all sales are final.
